[Resolved]  Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd — bad behavior and gross food

i went to this joint in mgf megamall at mg road.
i ordered a burger which was stale and was cold. i asked the person who was serving me that i am ready to wait, but i want my burger to be really hot.

first of all he made faces and then the moment i took the seat another one came and told me ur burger is ready.

when i went to get it, it was the same burger and all the paper packing was badly stuck to my burger.

when i told the guy i asked for a hot burger and i said i am ready to wait, he started shouting on me. I said is this the way u shud behave with ur customers, U r working in F&B industry.

He said, we dont have any ground rules and they cant do anything about it if I don't like my burger. He said I can leave it.

when i asked about the complaint number none of them answered.

when i asked for the store manager some guy named lalit came, he apologised and asked me to wait for few minutes.

after sometime, he came with a burger which was hot so i said thanks and opened the packing.
And to my horror it was the same buger as i could recognize the sesame seeds on the burger were not same, as it is in fresh made burger. Also the bun was burnt from inside showing it was reheated.

I have been in london and have worked with F&B industry. i know the prepared burgers should be kept in dustbin after 15 to 20 min because of their shelf life and strict norms.

What is wrong in india i don't know . i want an immediate action on this issue.

kindly, let me know hoe can i do it.

I still have the bill with me for proof or something
