I want to report the extremely poor and frustrating experience I’ve had with Consistent Infosystems regarding the warranty replacement of two RAM sticks (4GB and 8GB DDR3).
For the last 10 days, they have been giving me contradictory and false reasons for not replacing my RAM, which is still under warranty. Here's what happened step by step:
1. First, they said the RAM is out of warranty.
2. Then they said the 8GB RAM has sticker damage.
3. After that, they said replacement is not possible due to no stock.
4. A few days later, they claimed that even the 4GB RAM has sticker damage.
This is clearly a deliberate attempt to avoid fulfilling their warranty service. The images they sent from their own service centre show no visible sticker damage, and I have also attached clear images from my side as proof.
It seems they are just playing with the customer's patience and following a strategy to mentally harass and confuse people until they give up.
If they are not going to replace the product, they should clearly say so, instead of wasting customers' time and money.
I strongly urge others to be cautious while purchasing from Consistent. Their after-sales service is highly unprofessional. Was this information helpful? |
