Consulting Rooms Pvt. Ltd — Delivered damaged malfunctioning fridge

I had ordered a Panasonic fridge on Flipkart on the 1st of October 2022. The fridge was billed on the 7th of October, delivered on the 8th October and was installed on the 9th October. I had specifically requested Flipkart to deliver and install the fridge before the 10 th of October citing my pre planned out of station leave. As requested the fridge was delivered and installed. I returned back to station after 8 days and noticed that whatever I had kept in the fridge was rotting like fruits and vegetables. I took two days time to check and kept milk and fruits in the fridge with the same result. Milk was curdled and I raised a complaint with Panasonic, the fast service guy attended to my complaint and said the fridge has gas circulation problem and not cooling, he said you ask for a replacement. The delivery personnel had placed the fridge in such a way it was inconvenient to work and when I moved the fridge to a convenient working position by just turning around the fridge, I noticed that I was delivered a badly damaged malfunctioning fridge. The earlier position of the fridge the damage was blindsided. I contacted Flipkart, they said their 10 day return policy is barred, when I explained to them I do not want a return but a replacement because I am delivered a damaged and malfunctioning fridge they said sort it out with Panasonic and gave the customer care number of Panasonic. When contacted Panasonic customer care I was asked to sort it with the dealer/ supplier. I have paid for a fridge which is damaged and not serving it's purpose what it was bought for. Through this complaint I am asking for a replacement of the fridge
