I purchased Onida 75 ltr turbo fan cooler from this seller on 28th of May. But as per the specifications castor wheels should be in the package but were not included in the package. I raised a return request for the same but seller rejected my request several times. I purchased this through Flipkart and now the seller is neither refunding nor replacing the product.
