Dear team,
I was booked an electric bike from revolt motor and give rs. 3999/- pre-booking amount via razorpay from my credit card on oct-8, 2019. The next day, i was called revolt motors customer care for documents submission for my bike on this no.[protected], customer care executive told me like they don't give me bikes because i don't have any residence proof of delhi, and then they told me please canceled your booking, and your amount will be refunded 25 to 45 working days. So, i have canceled this booking on oct-10, 2019, and i have received a cancelation mail from revolt motors the same day. But still, i don't receive my amount. I talked many times to revolt motors and razorpay, and raise a request to my refund but still amount not received, and refund id from razorpay, but its huge time now, i have not received any amount.
So i request you please check all the attached files in this dispute and help me to receive my amount back with penality.
