Consumer Forum — consumer forum fraud department

I contacted one of your employee named R**v**r informed about complete case of my previous complaint. He assured me of helping and getting my money back. I paid him 2100 as he filed the case of return but after that he is not picking up the call no reply nothing... Your own department is doing frauds how can we trust you people.. I have been struggling with this from last 3-4 months. I need the proper resolution and my money as well.
