Consumer Forum — regarding refund money

I had posted a complaint on date 12 june 2019 regarding some fake job recruitment team and money forgery... But the main issue happened few days back on 19 oct 2019 i received a call from a person named raajveer from consumer forum asking me regarding my complaint and ask me to send all records related to the case then i did all that he said... And after some tym he called again and saying that your money will be refunded to you for which you have to pay 1000 rupees to us and we will refund this money to you with your previous amount... But then he ask me to send the bank details everything nd he did a fake 16000 trnsction to my account... I received a msg of credit but no money to my account when i crosscheck it with the bank the bank told me this is a fraud... So now this person took my 16000 rupees kindly help me and back me my money...
