I received a laptop shipment from Chhindwara via Shree Tirupati Courier. The AWB number is[protected]. Upon delivery to Patancheru, the laptop display was found to be broken. The packaging appeared mishandled, and the charges was coming out of the box. This has caused inconvenience and potential financial loss. I request an immediate investigation and compensation or replacement for the damaged item.
