Convert Connection Postpaid To Prepaid — False Request closure by Airtel

Hello,

I have raised a request#[protected] to convert my Postpaid Airtel connection to Prepaid.

After the request was raised I got couple of call from the number [protected] (Airtel) when attended the call no one spoke.

After that I received the message from Airtel that my request was cancelled as they were not able to reach me to confirm the request.

This is a scam by Airtel itself to not convert postpaid connection to prepaid because even attending all the calls no one spoke from Airtel side.
