Cookscape company was doing our wood work in our flat in nerkundram. They should have finished the project by october.
We had made payment in full and moved to mumbai.
Subsequently we found there were lots of design fault and we asked them to correct it.
This dragged on for long time and finally they promised to finish in two days and i came over to chennai and went to the flat on time. Cookscape worker came without materials and most of the day went waiting. Finally when they misbehaved with me and laughing at me from upstairs i called the beat police and lodged a complaint with them.
They in turn harassed me to come to virgambakkam police station and after too much waiting at the station finally they filed a csr. To convert the csr to fir took a month and ever since it is still under investigation.
My four bed room apartment is locked up ever since and not able to let out on rent.
Since the company cheated on the quality of the product used we requested them to dismantle everything and take it away and return our money.
My brother too went through lot of problems trying to coordinate with the police on our behalf.
