Cool Chemistry — Refund of cancelled hrtc bus ticket

I booked online HRTC ticket for for two person from Manali to New Delhi on 10th December 2020.
Amount Paid is Rs. 1892.

On 13th December I cancelled the ticket and i got an email for cancellation of ticket but till date i didn't received the refund amount which is Rs. 1676.
