I placed an order for brown trousers Rs. 1299 on 12 Nov, 2022. It was delivered on 20 Nov, 2022 but i had a size issue so i requested them to exchange it but they said you'll have to bare the charges of returning it to us so I placed order with delivery( courier app) to return their order. The order was delivered to them on 29 Nov, 2022. On 2 Nov, 2022 I'd asked them about my exchange so they told me they'll and let me know after since then they haven't reverted back. They messaged me today after i told them i'll file a case against them in consumer forum but still my issue is not resolved. So I'd like to claim my refund of Rs. 1299 via paytm + Rs. 89 of delhivery charges.
