I had bought a QIKU Q TERRA (coolpad) through GADGETS 360 on JANUARY 21ST 2016 after received the phone and when i power on the phone i saw theres a lots of black dark lines (around 10 to 15) inside the screen and lots of other issues with them like scrates on the body and other battery heating issues. and i did so many mails, calls about it to the gadgets 360 regarding that in between 7 days after received the product and they never replayed me. and after 7 days they mailed me and told me that we have 7 days return policy and now we cant refund your money or cant exchange my phone and then my phone charger also got explode and im lucky im still here. again i complaint about it to gadget 360 and qiku(coolpad indi) regarding that and then they asked me to go to service center then i went there many time and never aable to solve my phone issues and told me i got a factory defected phone and have some motherboard issue and we cannot solve that issues bcz there is not any part available in the service center or company
so i totally wasted my 19, 999 rupees to buy that product from gadget 360 and there service is totally bad.and they making people fool to delivered there defected phones.
coolpad india keep saying me to contact to gadget 360 bcz that qiku q terra8692-102 phone launched by them so they will help me but i never received any kind of help from them
