On contacting on-line ivrs no.[protected], I was informed that I have booked cylinder on 19/02/15 booking no. [protected] and agency already delivered bookings upto 16/01/15. To my surprise I didnot get any cylinder against my 008/01/15 booking to-date. and I didnot book cylinder on 19/02/15.
I request to enquire why this non-delivery happened even after50 days of booking and without my knowledge who booked under my consumer number on 19/02/15.

This complaint is resolved as the booking date updated by IOC on submission of bank a/c details on 19/2. For the previous booking of 08/01/15 they assured that the cylinder will be delivered on 2/03/15 and advance subsidy deposited in the a/c. I made the complaint in toll free number and IOC resolved it as above. Waiting for delivery on 3/03/15. Thanks to IOC customer Care.
