Coral Gas Agencies, Mavelikkara — misbehavior of the staff

I have a bad experience with the staff of coral gas agency in mavelikara (5/12/108). I made a phone call for a clarification about gas booking one of the lady staff talked very rude and arrogantly to me. A customer except for a minimum decent behavior from the people from customer care center please don't promote this type of indecent people in the office.

You should record customer interacting phone calls and take necessary action against the bad behaving staff
