They say following points at the time of sales:-
1. Extra sample provided from stem cell banking :- Only 1 unit extra without telling the quantity of same.
2. Exclusive use of sample :- less usable in case of father and grand parents requirements
3. 75 years plan(Lifetime) :- Only till your sample is not retrieved till 75 years.
4. Cord preservation :- No usable in any form, only jumla.
5. They will charge you a cancellation fee also of 5300/- in case you signed the form.
For all above info, please check there agreement with following points:-
As per Cordlife agreement please clear this points:-
A.) Page-14 : Liability - After Collection Transportation
B.) Page-16 : 4 - Ownership till age 18 of baby.
C.) Page-17 : 6.5 - CFU Assay/HLA Typing at the time of retrieval
D.) Page-18 : 8.2 - Specimen Lost
E.) Page-18 : 8.3 - Unsuitable/ No CFU Formation
F.) Page-18 : 8.5 - Termination after Entire Cell Retrieved
G.) Page-19 : 12.3 & 12.4 - only 1 unit each case?
H.) Page-20 : 14.6 - Clause 9, 10, 12.3, 12.4, 12.5 not fulfilled, where is the compansation clause?
I.) Page-20 : 14.7 & 14.9 - explain please
They are just cheater and nothing more than that.
