Details : I enrolled in the Corizo Campus Ambassador Program in [September 18 2024] and completed the required tasks, including 10 registrations, as per the agreement. According to the terms outlined in the program, I was promised ₹500 after completing the first 5 registrations and ₹1500 after completing 10 registrations. I successfully completed the 10 registrations by September 25, 2024, but I have only received ₹500 as of October 26, 2024, and the remaining ₹1500 has not been paid despite repeated follow-ups. I have contacted the company multiple times through email and phone, but there has been no resolution or proper response. The company has failed to fulfill the payment agreement, and I have not received any further communication from them. This has caused significant financial distress and inconvenience, as I was depending on this payment as promised. Moreover, I have serious doubts about the credibility of the company due to their lack of response and unprofessional attitude. In addition, I have personally added 10 members to the program directly, and indirectly, many more have joined based on my recommendation. These individuals have paid Corizo, trusting my word. Therefore, if proper inquiry and investigation are conducted, it will not only help resolve my financial issue but also help restore my reputation and dignity in the society. I am now concerned that my involvement with this company might cause harm to my professional image, as others have trusted me based on their promises. This is why I request that an inquiry be carried out to clarify the situation and ensure that this does not happen to others. Request for Resolution: I am requesting the payment of the remaining ₹1500 as per the terms of the agreement. Additionally, I am seeking compensation of ₹10, 000 for the financial distress, emotional inconvenience, and the potential damage to my reputation caused by the company's failure to fulfill their obligations. I would also appreciate a proper explanation from the company regarding the delayed payment and their lack of communication. Lastly, I request an investigation into their practices to ensure no one else is misled or harmed, as I have had a significant role in recommending the program to others. - This is an example of *deficient service* under the Consumer Protection Act because the company has not provided the service (payment) that was promised in the agreement.

3. *Financial Loss and Emotional Distress*:
- The delay in payment has caused you *financial distress*, which is another reason it qualifies as a consumer complaint.
- You are seeking compensation for the *financial loss* (non-payment of ₹1500) and the *emotional distress* caused by the delay in payment and lack of communication from the company.

4. *Reputation Damage*:
