Coromandel Cement — the dealer was doing misbehaviour with customer & damages the company name

The dealer name is ramamoorthy from padiyanthal ( ilakkiya agency ) tirukoilur taluk villupuram.
He was damaging our company name regularly .
(i.E) he collect amount from customer but he has not provide cement bags properly for any customer. . And collecting mush more amount compare the original price .

To me also he have pending 15 cement bags last 4 years .
If i raise any question he escaped through damage the company name .
For only the customer of the area avoid to get coromandel cement
