​I am writing this formal complaint to appeal against the "Unfit" medical status issued to Mr. Mohd Akhtar Khan (Passport No: W8608001 on 17/03/2026 at Corporate Diagnostic Centre - New Delhi.
​He has been declared "Unfit" based on Chest X-ray/Lung Scar. We strongly believe that this result is inaccurate and requires a second opinion. To ensure his health status, we have recently conducted a private medical check-up, including a detailed Chest X-ray and physical examination, at a highly reputed and government-recognized hospital.
​The latest reports from the private hospital (attached) clearly state that Mr. Mohd Akhtar Khan is completely FIT and does not have any active or infectious medical condition that should prevent him from traveling or working abroad.
​This "Unfit" status in the GAMCA/Wafid system is causing a huge delay in his visa process and is negatively impacting his career opportunities. We request you to kindly review his case and grant him permission for a Re-medical Examination at a different medical center to ensure a fair and transparent result.
