Correction Of My Cibil — Outstanding of Rs.2598/-shows in my Cibil of axio pay later

I have not taken any loan from axio, so why outstanding of Rs.2598/- with sanction amount of Rs.10000/-shows in my cibil and i receive messages on WhatsApp or sms repeatedly. The account no shows in sms is xxxxxxxxx4410.Kindly remove the same from my name so that my cibil will be correct. I have complaint earlier also but correction has not be done. If you not failed to correct the same I will compel to lodge complaint on Banking Ombudsman.
