It is a general practice of Brides ’parents in Indian culture to make an arrangement of marriage of their daughter with their selected groom and send her matrimonial home for enjoying conjugal life. But in some cases it is observed that after a few months of sensual conjugal life they give advice to their daughter to return back to her parental home giving some allegation of false and fabricated story of ill-treatment against groom and or /his parents and file a matrimonial suit of alimony/ maintenance. There after they make an amicable settlement with grooms /groom’s father for dissolution of marriage after charging huge amount of money as alimony and giving some words of consolation . After one /or two/ or three years they play the same game and frequently charge huge amount of alimony as compensation in each and every cases from second /third /or fourth husband because their such act would automatically make them eligible to allow the bride for 2nd, 3rd or 4th marriage. This type of malfeasance work of bride /brides’father is a crime like dowry system. Judges should be more cautious while they are passing the judgment of matrimonial suit and if possible matrimonial law must be amended in order to protect the grooms’ life giving penal servitude to bride /brides’ father responsible for such crime. Dowry system in our society is an offense/crime and there is a low of penalty for this but the brides who most often squeeze money from grooms by using their fraudulent intention, how the law would punish them protecting the naïve grooms from the notorious hands of brides? It is a heart rendering fact that millions of law suits filed in different courts, across the country remains unresolved/ pending for a long period of time due to shortage of ‘JUDGES’ and the bona-fide persons without getting any justice within their stipulated time silently shedding tears in seclusion . No one knows how long it will continue. Each and every one ought to think about it. Most of the People generally try to by-pass the route of the law suit except when they are in an awkward position or even when the situation so warrants. But if the justice become delay and continue month after month, year after year, then one can easily understand that perhaps it may be turned in to a travesty judgment.
Why does it happen? Is it for lackadaisical attitude on behalf of the judges, or anything else? We do think that judges are not responsible. Both’ PLAINTIFF’ and ‘DEFENDANT ‘being arrogant each other and also being stick to their views continue the case for long period with the help of their respective lawyers. These things are common. But there are some other reasons where an evil omen - entente between the lawyers of plaintiff and defendant play a vital role to delay the situation. They are in camera negotiate each other to continue the case for long period of time because their such act would automatically make them eligible to charge a huge amount of money on either side giving their respective clients some false commitment on winning the game. But neither the plaintiff nor the defendant understand their evil effort and virtually they fall into the prey of their lawyers and the case lingers for a long period. This malpractice gets the result of justice delay.
We do think if the CENTRAL GOVT/LAW DEPT. take stern action implementing some obligatory method to dispose of the case within a stipulated time bounded period / and or within a stipulated number of hearings, on merit basis, the matter will be solved to some extent at ease. If they fail to dispose of the case within a stipulated number of “HEARINGS, ” lawyers of both sides will be responsible and” BAR COUNCIL” will be asked to cancel their licenses of practice with an immediate effect.-----SUDIPTO DE.

Updated by SUDIPTO DE ‘’Culture of private Hospitals in Kolkata’’----- “” The fatal two wheeler bike accident snatched away the life of Sanjoy Roy who after being admitted to Apollo Gleneagles Hospital died., His wife Ruby Roy filed an FIR against its management and doctors, alleging extortion and medical negligence. Sanjoy Roy had allegedly died due to delay when the hospital had refused to shift him to a government hospital unless all medical expenses were settled.----This incident brings a question of interrogation, how dare the hospitals authority are to play ducks and drakes with patient’s money’[protected]
Before discussion anything binding upon the duties of private hospitals, we have to think first what for the hospitals have been set up in Kolkata., Is it for bragged culture where boastful attitude is the aim of its associates else how does a CEO of a reputed private Hospital express the view that their duty is to earn money through business, not rendering their service to the patients. How dare she is to make such hapless comment? Hospitals are the places where the patients get admission for some relief not for losing their life and wealth even not to face of the ugly hoity-toity culture of doctors and hospital authorities. Doctor’s first duty is to serve the affected person thereafter they think about their personal gain. Had they or their son or daughter or wife/husband been affected by any kind of malignant disease, what did they do, if they ever had to face same kind of attitude from people/public/hospitals .How much amount of money do they require to fulfill their want? When they entered into the service oriented job they had to take an oath of service to mankind irrespective of rich and poor. If the doctors engaged in the hospitals of VELLORE/BANGALORE are capable to render their service with less amount of money why it is not possible for the doctors in Kolkata?-Their limitless want made them to fall into the prey of public . It is a dangerous event in our society. .Exorbitant amount of bills in the name of package costs are being charged from the patients not only those who are under the coverage of mediclaim facilities but also from the general patients by most of the hospital authorities although no fruitful result is being reflected in their treatment, in spite of the fact the drug pricing authority has fixed the ceiling price of drug eluting stents and bioresorbable stents . The corrupt practices of the unethical triad of industry, doctors, and hospitals have become common place across health sector throughout the country. Since there has been a drastic reduction in stent prices there should be a substantial price drop, but no decision or revision of package costs has been noticed from hospital authority, even some one refused to disclose the new package costs. Feisty physicians who are capable to fight against evil culture in hospitals are required at present situation. The government should also take stern action not only against the persons involved in vandalism but also against the callous Doctors whose apathetical attitude made a patient to lie into the lap of death, by implementing a strict rule of law of punishment. .Most of the doctors engaged in private hospitals are also engaged in private practicing as well and thereby they earn huge amount of money per month claiming themselves that they are world class --1 doctors and their treatment is of high standard/quality.…If it be the intention of doctors then a patient after getting admission in private hospitals if dies during the course of his/her treatment, the entire amount of expenditure to be borned by Hospital Authority as well as by concerned doctor and or group of doctors engaged in treatment of the patient, because they render class-1 service. There should have been no compromise with the doctors and hospital authorities.. Patients’ relative would not pay a single penny. If the doctors are not agree they should be lashed out from hospital BANNING THEIR REGISTRATION NUMBER----and also by cancelling the license of hospital. At present situation, in order to break the mischievous activities among the authorities of Private Hospitals and Doctors in Kolkata, in connection with the treatment of patients, it becomes absolute necessity to rein them by imposing drastic stern action of law. The evil omen entente among Hospital authorities and doctors are so powerful that most of the time general public are being targeted and ultimately they are losing everything in the name of good treatment of their patients by these SATANS. These disguised devil doctors are so dare devil that ordinary low is not enough to restrain them from their don’t care attitude. Their work is like that of heist. Hearsay information is that in most cases CEO of private hospital earns eight cores rupees as salary per month. They are the blood suckers of our society The reason for the decadence of Doctors and private hospital authorities is that they have given more importance to things than to value of life. The important things in their life are an inherent desire to enrich their life style, a higher per capita income and the ability to spend more money are labeled as ‘PROSPRROUS” Enrichment has two aspects---- outer and inner. To enrich the outer life most of the people in our society require a lot of effort and money. The doctors and hospital authorities are belong to this class. They have made their outer lives prosperous by the trapping of wealth and luxury, forgetting their values of life - like love, compassion, honesty, integrity and ethics.. Human beings have the free ‘will’ to destroy themselves side by side they also have the ability to rebuild the damage. If the doctors are not aware about this, a chaos all over the health industry will be spreaded in the form of epidemic. and their existence will be in critical . It is a sign of good omen that our beloved Chief Minister has taken a presumptuous step against these corrupt doctors and hospital authorities by pelting stone to break Hornets’ nest using her euphemism.
