Cosmo Infra. Pvt. Ltd. promoted by Amitav Mishra was developing a housing project with 100+ units at Kalarahanga. But after taking booking amount ranging from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.15 lakh from more than 50/60 persons the promoter closed the office at Acharya Vihar, sold his bunglow near Khandagiri and fled with his family. Despite many attempts the affected customers are not able to even lodge the complaint against the fraudster.

How can people sit idle loosing their hard earned money to cheats like this. I urge once again to all those who have booked homes at Cosmo to rise again and do whatever little they can to keep the fight on. Fact to be noted that even though so much construction has taken place around the area where the project was supposed to be launched, the project area is still barren. Please visit the area and see for yourself. Any thoughts??? Cosmo has bought the land it must have tried to sell it off and run away. But because of the issues o[censored]s people booking, he might not have been able to find a buyer. This means the land must be in the co's name, only a united fight is required against the co. At least we can get the land, where we can build our homes. Think it over and act.
