Dear Sir,
I have purchased digital book nameDaily २५+ कस्टमर मिळवण्याचे "नवीन टेकनिक" from Facebook add by paying online on Cosmofeed.com.
After purchase I have give access for digital book, but when I login, I have found only one page access of the book.
I have repeatedly followed up Cosmo support team by mail on Cosmofeed Support [protected]@cosmofeed.com and requested them to give full access for download the same book.
Cosmo support replied that it’s not in our hand and you have to contact creator and owner of the product. They give me email I’d of the creator [protected]@gmail.com"
So I have email to [protected]@gmail.com" and asked him to give me full access or give me refund.
Till date no reply and Cosmofeed is not helping me to reach creator.
According to me it’s a fraud and they should be punished.
