Dear Sir / Madam,
I am having an account at Cosmos co-operative bank ltd., Jayanagar branch at bangalore. I have been struggling to get internet banking access since two months. the following actions are initiated from my side, which has not yielded any result.
1. Submitted request for internet banking two times.
2. Visited bank twice to get issue resolved.
3. Raised complaints mails to customer care & internet banking department and sent at-least 5 reminders.
4. Must have called branch at-least 6~7 times & spoke to branch manager once. The issue is not resolved.
5. Customer care numbers are not operative. tried atleast 4 times.
6.Tried raising issue with Ombudsome, which again is CC email and no one responses to it.
7. No email addresses are given to me inspite of repeated requests.
It is unfortunate and i regret having associated with Cosmos Bank.
