I have transferred the consultancy changes of Rs 5900 after discussion with the cosmos maid solution executive Kavitha. but after receiving the money their response is very negative.
usually they don't pic the call or if they pick they just ask for some more time and not refunding the money too.
and moreover she has taken my address too. it is really scary to think about security threat as she has my address and she knows we both are working and kid stays with domestic help.
its is really mental torture to me to follow up with the lady.
she promised me to provide a maid by feb 15th in Bangalore and still I haven't got maid from them.
