Coston global is a fraud company the reason we relived from the company is they forced me to sign bond without any prior notice and not mentioning in the offer letter or atleast they should have told us at the time of recruitment. It is a engineering firm the total strength of engineer is 16 and two office assistant and one project coordinator from management side. We 15 us recruited between september to dec 2015 through three rounds of interview. At the time of joining they didn't mention any bond in offer letter or informed in personal, but after one month they gave us a bond paper and asked to sign it without any chance to read it. When we questioned it they said it s just a formality from client side nothing to worry, they did everything to convince us made false promises and after believing those words we signed it and stared working as usual. One month past they din give us salary slowly we raised the issue and one day we warned them we will resigned from the job at that time they threatened us that you guys have to pay me compensation if you break the bond, i will sew u in court i have the signed copy from you.
Till now they didn't pay for us, they din issue any i. D card for us no payslip for initially what they paid for us i. E before signing the bond. When joining they said like 100 employees working in their firm but they have only 15 work station wen questioned they said all are working in client location everything is a big lie. Even in the linked they mentioned like this, with our money they are going to start a new location in coimbatore. Project co-ordinator vibin is a crap guy he dosen't have any technical knowledge his education qualification is questionable he is close aid to the properitor.
One more thing they don't have hr or hr policy, in offer letter they mentioned hr is mahendran he is nothing but one of the two office assistant. We guys are working as a bonded labour. The company runs on partnership basis there are four partners.
