Cotton King — Cotton King - unethical behaviour and customer service (Quality issue)

I was disappointed by the quality of the shirt which I had bought from Cotton King borivali west,
Sleeves of my 2 formal shirts (Sky Blue and Pista color shirt) got tored and this was nothing because of my fault but more of looks like quality of the cotton being used while making these shirts (Both Shirt was bought on same day) and both had similar issue, Hence I decided to inform the retailer of this branch so that he can check for the quality, since we are buying most of our formal shirts from there. However
Now its almost more than a month, the retailer took my shirt in his custody stating he will check the respective manufacturer about the material being used for making shirts based on our customer value.

On 19 March 2017 I made a follow up with the branch about the status of my shirt they said they had not yet got the report so I still need to wait for more 4-5 days
On 27 March 2017 when I again tired to follow up the executive said as per their branch manager they had not sent my shirt for any inspection moreover shirt was retained in their shop and as instructed by the branch manager it is customer fault and shirt is tored by customer.

First of all I did not gave that shirt with a intention to get any replacement or free alteration by their tailor, my concern was more on quality of the shirt which I thought to address to the shopkeeper,
Second thing if they had already decided not give any value to customer then why my shirt was kept them for so long (almost more than a month).
All the time i was informed by the store person that they will give a call back to me however till date (27 March 2017) I had never received any call upfront from them and my both shirt is still with them.
