Subject: Complaint regarding Defective Jeans Purchase

Dear Radiant Retail CottonkingLalbaug, Mumbai

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase I made at your store. On 1st November 2023 at 6.12 pm. I purchased a jeans with the UPI transaction ID[protected] from your establishment. The transaction was completed using my ICICI Bank account. (Transaction receipt attached for your ready reference).

Regrettably, after taking delivery of the jeans on [Date of Delivery], I encountered a significant issue with the product. After washing the jeans under plain water without any detergent, I noticed an alarming problem – bubbles on the threads used for sewing. This was an unexpected and unacceptable quality issue, and it has left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase.

I immediately returned to your store on 1st November 2023 at 6.12 pm], where I informed your salesperson about the problem. The salesperson assured me that the matter would be taken up with the management, and that I would be informed of the resolution in due course. However, to date, I have received no communication from your management regarding the status of my complaint or a proposed resolution.

I am disheartened by this lack of communication and the poor quality of the product I received. I am not the only customer who has experienced such issues; I have learned that similar complaints were made by other customers who made purchases on the other day.

I must express my deep disappointment and frustration at the lack of response from your management, which has caused me to lose confidence in the quality of your products. At this point, I am left with no alternative but to request a refund for the purchase of the jeans.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and initiate the necessary actions to process a refund to my account as soon as possible. I believe this is a fair and just resolution to this situation.

I anticipate a prompt response from your end to confirm the receipt of this complaint and the actions you intend to take to rectify this matter. Should I not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I may have no choice but to escalate this issue through appropriate consumer protection channels.

I have attached copies of the transaction receipt and images of the defective jeans for your reference.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a swift resolution.
