Updated by debaskr I have sent money to the below account as mentioned by them in the below mail trail. and that is already pending for long time. however, I am still waiting for all documents and receipts paid by me with NOC document. my membership number is COOLCG4078 (DEBASHISH Sarkar) and property belong to my wife (Mrs. Piyali Sarkar) on behalf of my membership
I did not yet received any receipts till date that I have paid to Country Club India Ltd(Country Club Condos & Amrutha Estates). and they know this is huge amount.
They suppose to be sent last to last week and they committed to me send all receipts including NOC and Sale Deed. at least RTGS amount. still I am not having anything. I am calling them and sent email continuously on this number and below mail id but not getting any response from last few weeks. if this number +91-[protected] is changed that I used for last 7 years to connect with them . also, they have given word and given commitment to me. as a manager of this organization they suppose to send property documents to me. Also, they did not send me the plot details as I am not able to get plot number which are my plots in that layout plan that is attached here. my CCL login portal I am not having my plots details that screen shot also attached herewith.
As they knows that I am currently outside from India.
Kindly do the needful to get my all documents including NOC, Sale Deed of plots and RTGS amount.

each one you need to take of Rs.1949/- with the same narration.
so total will be Rs. 5847/- ( including DD charges )
since you are not presently available in India we request you to provide the payment on Mr. Haridas's name as you have issued an Authorization letter for all your documentation
