Country club pune office at phoenix mall east court arranges to trap families to visit them by telling that people have won lucky draws of phoenix mall.
Once they reach there, it is a marathon talk of about 3 hours by employees of the country club holidays and vacations with huge promises of gym membership, abroad holidays and pan india hotel accommodations and rci holidays etc.
They trick people to join the scheme. We too paid an amount of rs 2000/- and said rest will be paid after we receive the contract terms and conditions. Nothing came in email. And hence i sent them an email asking them to refund the money. I aslo asked the employee, mr. Salman khan of pune office to refund the money of rs 2000/- through either paytm or google pay. He sent me a message that the money is not refundable.
How is this allowable. Kindly arrange to get my money refunded, please.
