I had come for the orientation on the 28th March 2023 and after so many discussions your sales person made us take the membership. Soon after taking the membership I realized about my commitments and then I requested for the cancellation of my membership. I called the salesperson Shebaz and his manager Rahul Kumar multiple times but I did not get any positive response.

I called a hundred times to the toll free number[protected],[protected] which is never reachable. Even your sales person made a fake promise every time that they will arrange a call back from the company.

Its been almost a 6 month but I am not getting any solution to my query.

The membership is booked on the Jitendra Kumar and Kusum Shaw. The number mentioned on the given card is CHTI To 6722.

I would request to cancel my membership and refund my money ASAP.
