This is to alert everyone about my horrible experience with Country Holidays Travel (CHT).
Their sales agents made big promises — 45-day full refund, carry forward o[censored]nused days, clear 30% discounts on flights, food, sightseeing, foreign exchange at actual rates — all of which they never honoured properly in writing.
After paying through credit card EMI, I never signed any final valid agreement. They used my signature illegally on a draft copy.
Till today, they just push for endless calls, fail to resolve major points (AMC charges even if days not consumed, denial of promised discounts), and keep misleading with generic replies.
Despite no services used, they refuse refund and keep fooling customers.
I am pursuing this legally and urge everyone to stay away from CHT’s scam memberships.
