महोदय निवदेन है की में पार्थी अनिल कुमार S/O श्री दयानंद, नोएडा सेक्टर 71 के अपार्टमेंट में रहता हूँ | 28 Oct 2023 शनिवार को दोपहर 1 बजे Country Holidays Travel Company के Sales टीम Members खुशी चौहान, आजम खान, अभिषेक, unknown नाम, ने मेरे फ्लैट पर विजिट किया था और निचे दिये गये ऑफर बताकर मुझसे 90000/- रूपए Credit Card से swap करवा लिये और उसकी EMI बना दी थी | उसके बाद कंपनी और Sales टीम इन offers को देने से मना कर रही है और मेरी फुल अमाउंट भी रिफंड नहीं कर रही है |
जबकि मेने अगले दिन इनकी customer सर्विस टीम को ईमेल कर दिया था की जब तक आप मुझे ये ऑफर ईमेल पर नहीं देते हो और में Aggree नहीं होता हूँ तब तक इस सर्विस को प्रोसेस ना किया जाये |
में उम्मीद करता हूँ की आप इस फ्रॉड कंपनी और इन टीम मेंबर्स पर कार्रवाई करेंगे और मेरी पूरी amount ब्याज के साथ मुझे दिलवाएंगे | में तीन से चार चक्कर इस कंपनी में लगा चूका हु इन्होने मुझे mentally परेशान किया है |
ये निचे दिये गये Offers sales टीम ने मुझे commit किये थे :-
a) 3N/4D Maldives/ Bali/ Dubai stay offers with a validity of 2 Year. (+Food)
b) Rs. 20000/- Air ticket for Trip A.
c) 3N/4D stay in Kerala/ Shimla/ Kashmir with a validity of 1 Year. (+Food)
d) Rs. 20000/- Air ticket for Trip C.
e) Complimentary Offer 1N in Delhi NCR with Breakfast and Dinner.
f) 4 Air Vouchers of INR 5, 000/- Each voucher will be worth Rs 5000.
G) As discussed, the company will bear interest on the amount of Rs 90, 000. I have to pay only Rs 90, 000.
H) As discussed I will not pay AMC 10000/-, I just have to give 5 referrals whether he purchases the plan or not.
I) Apart from these, Membership features are like 35 days 4/5 start hotel stay in 5 year and 40% discounts offered on buffet and food etc.
