I booked a speed post on 02.08.2025, trusting your name and reputation. It’s now over two weeks, and the courier is still undelivered. No updates. No transparency. Nothing but silence from your end. And to make matters worse, your customer service is practically non-existent — multiple calls to your toll-free number went completely unanswered. That’s not just poor service — that’s utter negligence.
Your Nangal branch has been the epitome o[censored]nprofessionalism — no accountability, no communication, and absolutely no intention to help. Is this the kind of sham operation you're running? Do you even understand the concept of "customer service"?
