Coveryou — Fraud company selling policy and making fool

Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I have taken a car policy from cover you and being fooled from past 15 days.. The mistake of adding No claim bonus is was done from company side and
members are just fooling and wasting our days . Iam had to complaint at consumer forum regarding cover you hoping u will take legal action against this company and ban them from selling policy. Initially they accepted that the mistake is from their end that they mistakenly added No claim bonus in our policy and said us to pay 1399 to resolve the issue. My car is at garage from 17 Th November, I and my husband are doctor really facing lot of trouble in travelling to clinic and going to hospitals. We maintained our compose for so many days, becoz the staff and multiple calls used to pick one call saying we are working on ur issue.
We didn’t go to coveryou they approached us saying ur policy is ending assuring we will provide good service.They have troubled a lot and probably would have troubled lot of customers, bcoz during the talk they said themselves ki there are few similar matters. So please I request u take strict action against this company and provide us some solutions.
