“This company is using references to our logo, company name and products without permission. It appears to be using it to sell our course although there is no permission to do so. We had an initial trial arrangement with this company which has expired many months. This person is misleading the consumers of India as he has no permission to sell our products. He has already been instructed to remove all references to our name and products from his website and he refuses to do so. He has been informed in writing that he has no right to use our name, brand, logo or reference to our products. I do not know if he is selling a fake course in our name. If so, this is completely misleading for consumers in India”
His first sentence read “the company is using”and his penultimate sentence reads “. I do not know if . “

So these words clearly prove that the complaint is false and unprofessional. Its based on assumption. The person although the Director of CPD college is not sure and writes a complaint as whatever is typed will anyway got posted - whether fully or partly false.

An independent / unbiased audit may reveal that CPD College or its Director Frank in person has never communicated all or most of what they claim to have communicated.

It is clearly a case of maligning a competitor in the business. Not all fall / stoop to such levels but Frank the Director of CPD College very well can.
.
Further before letting such individuals whose ethics can be doubted by reading their words, Consumer Complaints must take preventive steps so that no individual or entity is incorrectly maligned as is the case here. While this forum is good but can be easily misused by miscreants and people who wish to bring false disrepute to their competitor.
