Cpp Sbi Credit Card Protection — Fraud of cpp sbi credit card protection

Dear sir/madam,

I have canceled the card protection membership plan on 20/09/21.Their customer care representative said they have initiated the refund on 21/09/21.Maximum duration to get the refund is 7 working days.But still after 8 working days I didn't get the refund.Neither SBI nor CPP representatives pay any attention on my problem.They are telling wait for some more days.Please now you tell me what will I do?
My CPP ID is- IAC505602
as per your policy please refund my amount immediately.
