Cra — nps status is "freeze"

I have been following up with hdfc bank for verification of kyc and they are claiming that they have completed the verification and will be reflected in nsdl cra withing 3-4 working days. It has been 14 days but the status has not changed at all. Since 30 days i have been following up with nps for keeping my account active but it is futile to contact govt agency. Even the hdfc bank have failed to resolve my query.
