We would like to draw your kind attention to the long-pending payment against our Tax Invoice submitted on[protected], amounting to Rs. 19, 52, 785/-, which remains outstanding till date.
As per the MSME Act, payment to an MSME-registered vendor is required to be released within 45 days from the date of invoice submission. The stipulated period has already elapsed; however, we regret to inform you that the payment is still pending.

We would also like to highlight that despite multiple follow-ups:
Mr. Utkarsh has not provided any clear update and has only mentioned that the bill is with RO, with no visibility on payment progress.
Mr. Vinit had committed specific payment dates on multiple occasions; however, the same have not been honored so far.
We have been consistently following up via email regarding the pending payment. It is extremely concerning and unacceptable that a reputed organization like Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited has failed to even acknowledge repeated written communications.
Further, specific payment commitments were made by Mr. Vinit Goyal and Mr. Utkarsh Gupta. However, till date, no representative of Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited has provided any update whatsoever regarding the status or timeline of the pending payment.
The continued delay and lack of clear communication are causing us serious financial constraints. We therefore request you to kindly treat this matter on highest priority and ensure that the pending payment is released at the earliest.
