I have buyed the product through Instagram from carftly fashion insta profile catlogue design clothing surat Gujarat and I have received a totally different product which is not same from the product shown in the video while buying they send me a very low third class quality product. When asked for return and refund they totally disagree to it. They promised easy refundable policy while buying and now they are not accepting our request
