Hi, I have purchased suit from craft villa on 19-Sep via COD but when open the packet we were shocked to see the quality, it was complete different from the picture which I saw on their facebook page. Material is so pathetic and completely useless. I was assured that Craftsvilla have a friendly return policy but they lied to me. I have tried contacting customer care no [protected] but an IVR has directed us to email our query since all agents are currently busy. Even their is no response on email also, every time I mailed they jus gave a ticked number with no further response. Pls take my advice never ever buy anything from these cheater they are jus misleading customers.
