Craftsworlds.com — Delivery done is not as per Ordered

I have ordered Silk saree - 02 nos but didn’t not received the same which was ordered.
Instead of the order, I have received a local quality saree which is even incomparable with the ordered one.
So I request you to please replace the delivered ordered as per my original order or if it is not possible for you to do the same then please arrange for my repayment.
