Crazy Rupee — loan related

Hi team, i have downloaded on loan application name (Crazy rupees) in that after the registration they were showing a popup like my credit limit is upto 8000 ("i have not took the screenshot of that i thought it is genuine") and tenure for 60 days, for that i need to verify my pancard and adhar card and i have to pay 199rs to be a vip customer and we will get extra benefits like loan amount increases like that, so i have trusted them and paid 199rs after that when i enter in that application to take loan it showing they will offer upto 2000 rs for 7 days and in that, at the time of taking loan they charging like gst, processing fess, gst % like upto 750 they were charging for us and this is only not for me who ever the member using this application they were charging the same. We will get 1350rs for 7 days and at the time of repayment we need to pay 2k to them. They are not suppose to do that like that much of intrest and at the time of verifying the details they are showing pop up uto 8k after paying 199 rs it showing 7days tenure.

For this purpose i have dropped a email to them but they are telling i have to take what ever the amount showing in application, if not interested kindly try another another portal they are giving this kind of replay and they are not providing the proper response to me. If i ask to return my money 199rs they are telling it is not possible and if i request to increase the tenuity of loan they are telling it is not possible. Kindly do the needful to me i hope u people will take a serious action on that application which is giving the wrong commitment to its customer and charging high amount of %.

And ther application also not working properly lot of bugs and no proper customer service. Kindly do the needful and find the attached screenshot for the same.
