I am writing to raise a concern regarding my mobile number [protected], which is currently registered under my company’s corporate account.
I have requested my HR/Company Coordinator to send a corporate-to-individual (C2I) transfer request from their registered email ID, but they have refused to cooperate, stating that “nothing will happen by doing this.”
I have been using this number personally and would like to transfer it to my individual name. I am ready to submit all required KYC documents and written undertakings if needed.
I kindly request Airtel to help me with an alternate solution or to guide me with the proper escalation process so that I can retain my number under my personal name.
