Dear Manager,

Pathetic Service and Staff . Never dream to be try this Cargo ( Mr Mukesh irresponsible and fake guy i dont know how he is the Manager Ahmedabad location. Lot of complains i saw in social media of gujarat location but company is not even bothered to work on feedback. Shame on you guys. Shame on those social media who gave them star rating plz first go the customer complains.

My name is Jaideep Nair ([protected]) . on 18th june I planned to relocate from my current residence which is hardly 2 km far from my past location ( Vishala circle to Vasna Rajyash Revanta flats Ahmedabad) . the only reason to change the location that recently my Dad was expired so we wanted to leave that residence . I am working with Aditya Birla group and at that time I was busy in my new assignment . So I needed that type of cargo which help me to relocate in proper way without my present or involvement. after checking the justdial I got your cargo no . Mr . Mukesh Prajapati after that regularly taken follow up with me and finally he gave me the quotation of Rs5000. I didn't negotiate because I haven't time so clearly told to Mr Mukesh that I am not going to involve. he gave me surety that you just go office we will take care the all relocation and need not worry and I personally take care .
On 22nd June 3 person came at morning around 8 am and told me that we were from creative cargo. on 9.30am I went for office and my mom was only there. On 10.30 I got call from my Mom that they were not doing proper packing . I called to Mr . Mukesh and he told that dont worry I instructed with my team if you found any issue in service you will not pay amount. after 11.00am again I got a call from my mother and i went to home and I found that my luggage was loaded in very bad way and not lorry was not covered also. Tata Sky connection dish panel not removed . when I called Mukesh that you promised me that you personally supervise it and why u are not here and ur team didnot packed my LCD also he told me that I instructed my team you dont worry.

The staff was pathetic, no packing for refrigerator, LCD, Sofa, mattress, cupboard, washing machine, cooler . it was raining but they not covered the lorry. LCD they carry by hand . the lorry was full so they didn't pick my cooler and bicycle also. after that kind of pathetic service the staff argued that we need tip for service and instant cash payment . When I told them I m not going to give payment whenever Mr mukesh not came here they used threatened language . I let go that time because I didnt want to create a drama on new flat . after collecting all Rs 5000 they asked me that by tomorrow we want that packing cartons so plz free it and keep it proper way. due to my MOm was alone I listen all the stupid talk of them.

On 24th June when I was connected my LCD I found that it was not working after checking with vedicon authorized dealer we found that LCD panel was broke down and my only 2yrs old LCD of Rs 24000 was waste due to mishandling by your staff. after that I called several time but Mr Mukesh every time told me that we will come next week. Since last 2 month that next week not come.

I relocated several time different location of India but that kind of pathetic staff and Service I never found . I am also in service industry from last 10yrs worked with - Midco, Futuregroup, Reliance, Aditya birla. I gave already sufficient time to resolved my complain I max wait next week then I show you what is the cheating means . If needed I will spent 10 times of my loss but I will definitely teach you lesson guys .
