Dear sir/madam,
I gave my flat's interior work to creative interiors 6 months ago and have already paid 2.3 lacs of 6.3 lacs as agreed with them. The payment was made through account transfer. They have not started the work so far and just dumped sum substandard material of worth inr 35 k in my flat. For the last two months they are just fooling me by saying that they will start the work next week but that week has not come so far. Couple of weeks their ca, ajay, connected with me and assured to finish the work but all in vain. He brought in other partner vinay k and he again assured me but nothing happened. Now the condition is they are not replying to my call.
They were supposed to finish the work by end of may 2019. I am staying in a rented accommodation and paying hefty rent because of these guys.
