    I have credit card payment through cred they sent message of successful payment and after 5 days they sent message of failed transaction, due to them I have been charged for late fees

      Hi Team,
      I had placed an order 7th August - Order # 265JG1258NP8, while ordering the payment was made through Cred App. Although the payment was successful and was deducted, the order was not successful. I waited for 12 days, but still the amount has not been reversed.
      When I reached out to Cred for refund they quoted tracking ID 06442CBF-7ECF-4C8B-A575-1A4B0D82776B and asked to seek confirmation from Mcdonalds team.
      Unfortunately I couldn’t get response from them so instead I shared a screenshot of failed payment transaction from McDonald’s profile. Still Cred is refusing to acknowledge…

        I have made a payment of Rs. 10, 000 through CRED app on 25 Jul 2022 for an insurance policy. The amount is still not transferred to the insurance company. I have been highlighting this to the CRED team for the last 3 weeks, however every time I have received standard reply that their team is looking into it; but there is no resolution (Ticket no 5033797). I have been requesting to refund my amount, but there is no discussion on that. I am getting constant reminders from the insurance company for the payment. The due date was 31 Jul 2022. The policy will lapse if I don't pay soon.

          The payment of Rs. 89000/- with Order ID R562E28VGNR made towards the RBL Bank credit card (9671) failed on 29 July 2022..The money was deducted and didnt reach the RBL bank. After 2 days, the status was updated as payment failed and refund initiated on 1-Aug-2022. I am chasing through multiple requests from AUG 1'st onwards but the refund has not done yet . they are not even giving proper response rather than generic reply to the mails and they don't have customer support number also.

            I have made a payment of Rs. 271.07 on 12th Augusty through CRED app for my SBI credit card. Till now, it is NOT credited to my credit card. Order id of CRED is DG6NVXX01D9 and the UTR number for the same given by them is AXNFCN[protected].

            CRED App is showing as payment processed and the bank has confirmed the receipt of payment. SBI credit card has still not shown or confirmed receipt of the same.

            The same is shown as fully paid in CRED app whereas the payment is not reflected in my SBI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer.

            Kindly do the needful either pay it to credit card or refund it.

              I have paid my credit card bill due on due date i'e 13.8.2022 and the app shows its status as successful and they shows that they got confirmation from bank aswell. But after 4 days of payment the transaction got failed i got reversal but bank charged late payment fee on my card.

                I have made two payments towards the same Yes bank credit card via Cred. First payment was made on 3rd August and the second payment was made on 10th August. Total amount paid is Rs. 85, 864. Cred in the confirmation messages has said that they will process the refund in 4 days. However, it took them 4 days to even confirm the payment failure and no refund has been generated yet. In addition to this, I am being charged late fees (Rs 1000) and interest payment (Rs. 1474). I am not able to process my card payment because all my cash is being held with Cred. There is also no customer care or support from Cred's perspective which is just shocking for a financial services company. No responses and no way to reach them while they are dealing with so much money!!

                  The payment of Rs. 82, 345/- with Order ID P6E4R4WEDQ6Y made towards the HDFC Bank credit card (3653) failed on 1 August 2022..money was deducted even thought transaction was failed, I am raising requests from AUG 1'st onwards but issue not yet resolved. they are not even responding to the mails and they don't have customer support number also.

                  Please look into this and do the needfull.

                  I have the same issue on the same transaction date. Moreover i got the similar response and chasing for more than 15 days. Did you get the refund? Pls help me what's the best way to get the amount back?

                  I didn't get my refund till now. Very very worst behaviour of CRED..I have sent almost 100 mails to cred support simply they are telling that wait for 48hrs or contact with your bank.. Only these answers i got from las one month.. We need to file a case on cyber crime complaint..

                  Issue not yet resolved from CRED.. They don't have any customer care number as well. They are not responding at all.. Please take a action on CRED.. Money debited on 1st AUG but not yet refunded i think they are cheating us.

                    I paid kotak credit card payment of 286000 by cred app on 13th night at 9:30, still it's showing processing and I sent mails to customer support they always write back to me we regret for inconvenience caused.and they don't respond after 8pm at all.                               On july 12th i made a payment through CRED app and that transaction was failed but amount debited from my account upto now(12th august) the amount was not refunded to my account, its been one month and they are simply saying that the team is working on it and we will get back to you when there is an update, they are taking more than a month to solve a issue

                                      I have made a payment of Rs. 35584 on 29th july through CRED app for my SBI credit card.

                                      Till now, it is NOT credited to my Credit card. Order id of CRED 84912PW5V3X

                                      Amount was debited from my bank account but in CRED App it shown Payment Failed.

                                      Then I got a message that they will return my amount within 7 working days, now it's been more than 13 days but still I didn't get my payment from CRED.

                                      Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer's. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it.
