I have made a payment of Rs.58761 on 29th july through CRED app for my SBI credit card. Payment has been made from my google pay(HDFC bank account) - Till today 01.08.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card. Order id of CRED is 8Q1P2054YPN & My complain no is 5069043

CRED App is still showing as payment processing and showing as fully paid in CRED app whereas the payment is not reflected in my SBI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer's. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it

    I have made payment of RS.20000 through Cred app on 29th July, 2022 for my SBI credit card.In cred app it is showing "payment processing" till today 1st August, 2022.Order id in Cred are LPGN326L5XW and V6R2YWGWLDJ

    Please refund my money or else pay to credit card.

      I recharged my mobile using cred app for 719 rs, recharge was not done so i waited a whole long day without any recharge done on my phone, next day i got respong from cred app that the money will ne refunded to source account which is not yet done

          I have made a payment of Rs.49530 on 29th July through CRED app for my Tata SBI credit card. Payment has been made from my HDFC Netbanking - Till today 30.07.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card. Order id of CRED is LNL4XLDL6Y3

          CRED App is still showing as payment processing and the payment is not reflected in my SBI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumers. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it righ now ASAP.

              I have made total of 8 transactions on 15th JULY 2022 in which 2 got failed and no amount debited which is fine. Out of the 6 successful payments which are listed below, one payment of Rs.5000 on 15th July through CRED app for my ICICI credit card is not credited. Payment has been made from my ICICI savings account using NEFT and UPI via CRED app - Till today 29.07.2022, it is NOT credited to my Credit card.

              Harassment for my family, relatives, friend, clients etc

              I have took credit Card & Personl loan from SBI Credit Card as well as CRED. After delayed in some payment SBI Credit Card recover agent called my family Senoir citizen member as Well as Friends relatives my client & threatning for payment recovery. Cred also doing same. In my family n friends most of the people having diabetic & BP. So they recieved threatened call from both SBI recovery Agent as Well as Cred Recovery Agent. My Aunt's health...

              Kindly update the deducted payment from my account to credit card account. It 4 days now that no response from cred team. Very upset from the services from the cred, kindly update or refund the payment.
              please provide customer care number.

                I paid Rs. 1712 as electricity bill for july2022 to WBSCDCL through CRED app on 21.07.2022 but till 28.07.2022 they have not created my bill amount to WBSCDCL, but cred calming that the bill submitted successfully. My consumer I'd is[protected]. My bill is now added with panalty also WBSCDCL messaged me for disconnect of electricity connection if I not pay the amount Rs.1751 within 08.08.2022. I mailed several times to cred but they unable to solve my problem. Kindly look into this issue. I also attached the payment screenshots.

                  I have made payment through CRED App to Adani Electricity on dtd. 23.06.22 but till date it is showing as pending whereas utility company has charged me late fee & new bill generated in addition with old outstanding.

                  After raising complaint in App., there is no resolution till date.
                  I am not able to understand whether to repay the bill as my electricity connection may get disconnected if I am not punctual to pay.

                  This non-responsive service was never expected from CRED, further we could not able to contact you via phone to get fast response.

                  I am scared to do my high value credit card bill payments through CRED with such incident as it will impact heavily on me in terms of financially & credit ratings.

                            My credit card no is 9248 rbl my due is 93357 in 13 july 2022

                            When i open app i didnot check card no hit on pay due made the payment next day got mail from rbl that payment not received

                            When i checked in app showing another card no 3105 in the name of sunil gautamda which i made payment successfully to his card now cred is not resolveing my issue i want my money back with compensation

                              I have made payment of ₹13, 011.00 on 19 July 22 under the order Id "26EWX5Y04R0G" towards the SBI Bank credit card through cred app, the amount was debited from my account but credit card payment was not paid. Today is 4th day but it still showing processing status and payment not refunded

                              I have sent a mail but got response that our team is working to resolve this issue with in 24/ 48 hours but still no update yet

                                Rs 20310 debited from my account towards cred and I have not done the payment. I also found that a new credit card is also added in my cred account. From my cred account, Rs 48558 payment has been made in name of [protected]@okhdfcbank. I think this is the account details of the fraud.

                                  THIS IS REGARDING THE PAYMNET IN MY YES BANK CREDIT CARD DONE OF 14TH JULY THROUGH CRED APP.

                                  The amount was not credited in my yes bank card neither it got refunded to my account.

                                  I am following up with cred team through mail as they don't have any customer support, in starting i was getting standard reply that they are working on that but now they have stop replying also.

                                  in app it shows the amount is refunded due to failed transaction, its been three days i haven't received the payment, i have created instant refund account also for the same, rs 1 was credited 2 days back in my account since then i m writing mails to them but they are not replying.

                                  Yes bank people calling non stop for payment and they charged around 7000 int. and late payment charges since then. I am so fedup now.

                                  I need immediate solution and damages done due to cred failure.

                                    I have made on transaction of 8000 Rs, paid to my card, Cred says transaction sucessfull and in 14 minutes it will credit to your credit card account. I was eagerly waiting for 14 minutes to finish and it gets credited.

                                    I done transaction on 14th July and till date still following up on the cred team, they are repeately sening the system generated messages, we need some time our team is working, thats all

                                    Cred team please resolve this and do the needful.
