Have made a credit card payment of Rs 24552.05 via cred app and the amount was deducted from my bank account and recieved message in CRED app payment failed.

The amount neither returned to bank account nor deposited to credit card account.

This was happened on 30th of june 22 and today is 8th July 22, its been almost 9 days since the payment made still not received the money back & getting calls from credit card...

Paid credit card bill using the cred app, but the transaction failed. The amount got deducted from my bank account and it has not been refunded till now. Today is the 8th working day since the failure of the transaction. Also raised a support ticket 4736412 on their app but they haven't responded after that. I want a full refund of the amount (Rs 28476) along with the late payment penalty payable to the affected customer as per RBI circular...

I made a payment on 30/06/22, 27249/- for sbi credit card. Transaction was failed and money was not refunded to my account.

While payment of my HDFC credit card bill due on 02.07.2022 through CRED UPI app, an amount of Rs. 10, 410 was debited from my B account vide No. [protected] and credited to their VPA cred.[protected]@axisb UPI vide reference No.[protected] on 01.07.2022 at 11.28 a.m. intimating transaction failed with a notice that same will be refunded within 3 days latest by 4th July.

But till now they have not refunded the amount to my source...

On 30th June I made a credit card payment of Rs 40451 through the cred app (upi) that got failed and money got debited from my account.

Cred support mentioned that the money will be credited within 2-3 days in my account however, I haven’t received it yet.

As per the cred app, I see they have initiated a refund on 1st July but no money received in the account....

I made a credit card payment on 2nd July 2022 from my HDFC account using the cred app the payment showed failed but the amount got deducted from my account.
Cred says the refund has been initiated but still not reflecting in my account.
And the customer service is bad only bot generated mails.

I have made my payment of my ICICI creditcard timely, through card, the amount is 15304, it was deducted immediately and credited to my bank account
Now, it has been 7 working days noone has bothered to revert nor is my money refunded or credited to the bank!
These losers have no damn contact number automated reverts on emails...
