I have paid my icici credit card bill of 2904rs through this app but icici never got money and fined me over my credit card and also blocked my card. The fine amount is now 700+ rs.
I found cred support very casual.

      Hi,
      I have paid credit card payment through CRED on 04th Jul, still it was not reflected in credit card. I tried to catch cred support but I'm not getting excited response from them. They are asking time again and again. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

        Cred app deducted the amount from account and not paid credit card bill and not reversed the amount of 5400.rs in my main account please help me as I am a normal internetnet shop owner need amount for rotation but no response from 14 days.

I have mailed many time but not get proper response.

            I have tried paying my credit card bill from cred app. Cred app has updated that payment has failed, however my account was debited and no refund initiated by cred even after 10days

            Ticket no. 4835511 not resolved
            Not getting any response from cred on this ticket and also not allowing me create new. No escalation available. Already mailed at the grievance mail id but no response. Getting automated bot responses only

              Hi this is Gairik Samanta.
              I made a payment of Rs. 40674 on 7th July through CRED app. The money had been debited from my ICICI bank account but had not been credited to my ICICI credit card account. Initially I tried to contact the chat support of CRED. They asked me to provide a current bank statement. I sent them the PDF and they raised a ticket for me. After that no action has been taken on behalf of my issue. I sent mail to the CRED support team multiple times. But they are constantly sending me the same response that they are handling my query. But for the last 3 days they have not taken any action and my money has not been refunded yet.

                I have made a Jumbo loan emi bill payment of rs 9811 through your app
                My money has been debited but i can see that the payment is unsuccessful
                So I'm asking for refund since 1 week but there is no proper reply i have submitted all the required documents and raised many tickets asking for refund
                Even i have initiated instant refund
                But i got no reply and left neglected
                Very much very much disappointed with your support services
                So now I'm going to take a legal action on you!!!
                Refund my money as soon as possible?!?

                  I tried to pay the ICICI Credit Card Bill of rupees 3000 with Order ID GQEZ92DG11X using the CRED app on 7th July 2022.
                  The amount got deducted from the bank but the status shown was failed, and a refund was promised to receive on 2-3 working days but still, no amount got to my bank yet.

                  The date on the amount deducted: 7th July 2022
                  The date of refund promised from CRED is: 2-3 working days (11th July 2022) till no refund got back to my account

                  The ticket id raised on cred is: 4841551

                  The amount deducted account: ICICI bank

                  Request to take appropriate action immediately to get back my refund amount to my account.

                    I made credit card bill payment through CRED to My money bank HDFC credit card on 7th July .My money was deducted and it was not credited to Target credit card nor reversed to my original payment.it been already 8 days .no response from CRED. They hold my Rs.115, 123.00 rupees. don't use CRED it is not at all good APP.It has no of flaws.

                      Regarding Payment made but not reflecting in CRED app

                      THe payment made on 07.07.2022 is failed but the amount is been debited to my account. It is not reflecting in CRED app. The amount is Rs 17108.19 having ref. no. RRN[protected]. ( Credited to CREDCLUB1 account xxxx7853 ). It has been 7 days now, no confirmation from Cred App and ICICI bank had confirmed that the amount is successfully transfered. Biggest issue is there is no customer care number and only mail. On mail also we dont get...

                      Amount deducted from bank but not credited receiver account... Money stuck on cred

                      yesterday i sent money as education fee... First time i sent Rupees: 3, 000 (RJ556Z5LRDD5) order id: and second time Rupees: 7, 000 (order id: 4QZV99LZVJP9) ... Which is debit from my account but receiver not received the money...
                      Money still stuck by cred...
                      Please sent the full payment immediately otherwise if not possible refund...

                        Hi, My name is Raj Kumar Tripathi.
                        I paid my Axis Bank credit card bill on 10th July'22 for Rs 3150 via Cred app.

                        The transaction failed for the first time and I got a whatsapp message from Cred stating the same but the same transaction was processed again automatically by cred and it was successful the second time.

                        In the process my account was debited with Rs 3150 twice and its been 2 days the amount...

                          I have done payment of Rs. 33684 on 1st July. The transction is failed and money got deducted from account but I didn't receive refund yet. I got message stating that it would get credited my bank account with in 5 wori days. Screenshot attached for the same. Could you please help me in getting refund.

                                Payment failed but Amount debited from bank

                                I paid my RBL credit card bill through cred app via upi of 7411.08rs on 19/6/2/22with order I'd 38GW25QW3PZE my problem is payment failed but money got debited from account but not refunded till date 10/7/2022 I just complained to cred about this issue they told that wait for 3 to 5 days no use then they asked statement of account on day to day from 19/6/2022 to 10/7/2022 no use as my cc due date is 27/06/ I suffered a lot of this irresponsible...
