I tried to pay the ICICI Credit Card Bill of rupees 3000 with Order ID GQEZ92DG11X using the CRED app on 7th July 2022.
The amount got deducted from the bank but the status shown was failed, and a refund was promised to receive on 2-3 working days but still, no amount got to my bank yet.

The date on the amount deducted: 7th July 2022
The date of refund promised from CRED is: 2-3 working days (11th July 2022) till no refund got back to my account

The ticket id raised on cred is: 4841551

The amount deducted account: ICICI bank

Request to take appropriate action immediately to get back my refund amount to my account.

    I made credit card bill payment through CRED to My money bank HDFC credit card on 7th July .My money was deducted and it was not credited to Target credit card nor reversed to my original payment.it been already 8 days .no response from CRED. They hold my Rs.115, 123.00 rupees. don't use CRED it is not at all good APP.It has no of flaws.

      Regarding Payment made but not reflecting in CRED app

      THe payment made on 07.07.2022 is failed but the amount is been debited to my account. It is not reflecting in CRED app. The amount is Rs 17108.19 having ref. no. RRN[protected]. ( Credited to CREDCLUB1 account xxxx7853 ). It has been 7 days now, no confirmation from Cred App and ICICI bank had confirmed that the amount is successfully transfered. Biggest issue is there is no customer care number and only mail. On mail also we dont get...

      Amount deducted from bank but not credited receiver account... Money stuck on cred

      My name Shamik Ghosh.
      I am use cred from few days, my phone number :- [protected]
      yesterday i sent money as education fee... First time i sent Rupees: 3, 000 (RJ556Z5LRDD5) order id: and second time Rupees: 7, 000 (order id: 4QZV99LZVJP9) ... Which is debit from my account but receiver not received the money...
      Money still stuck by cred...
      Please sent the full payment immediately otherwise if not possible refund...

        Amount Debited Twice

        Hi, My name is Raj Kumar Tripathi.
        I paid my Axis Bank credit card bill on 10th July'22 for Rs 3150 via Cred app.

        The transaction failed for the first time and I got a whatsapp message from Cred stating the same but the same transaction was processed again automatically by cred and it was successful the second time.

        In the process my account was debited with Rs 3150 twice and its been 2 days the amount...

          I have done payment of Rs. 33684 on 1st July. The transction is failed and money got deducted from account but I didn't receive refund yet. I got message stating that it would get credited my bank account with in 5 wori days. Screenshot attached for the same. Could you please help me in getting refund.

                Payment failed but Amount debited from bank

                I paid my RBL credit card bill through cred app via upi of 7411.08rs on 19/6/2/22with order I'd 38GW25QW3PZE my problem is payment failed but money got debited from account but not refunded till date 10/7/2022 I just complained to cred about this issue they told that wait for 3 to 5 days no use then they asked statement of account on day to day from 19/6/2022 to 10/7/2022 no use as my cc due date is 27/06/ I suffered a lot of this irresponsible...

                  I'm struggling for credit card payment. Which I got penalised already but still it is showing as processing.
                  On 7 July 2022 Transfer amount Rs 22887.37 HDFC Bank through Cred to ICICI credit card Amount was debited in HDFCBANK But not Credit in ICICI credit card.
                  I contacted to HDFC bankers they told me amount transfer is successfully, Please ask to CRED Department. So is this issue can be resolved or not it is almost 72 hours completed the TAT is over.
                  And who is responsible for penalising me and for CIBIL score

                    This is in your refrence that i paid Rs 9500 to my concerned credit card under order no 6L4DP9NV8LYX attached with this mail.
                    I contacted you from the day one but failed to resolve the issue. I contacted branch and i was told from bank side cred is wholly responsible for your payment. My last date is 10th july for billing cycle what will be the late charges you will pay for that and I will inform to bank omesdon and took case against you

                      I have paid 72400/- to RBL credit card pay through cred aap on June 29th 2022 the amount was deducted to my saving account and transaction failed today it's 10th day I still not get my money back to my sources account I have got only system generated response from cred poor and pathetic service m suffering alot from last 10 days...

                      Sir maine 28.06.2022 ko mere punjab national bank ke credit card se cred app ke jariye rent Rs. 20000 ka payment kiya tha. par wo mere landlord ke khaate me gaya hi nahi. Cred dwara 30.06.2022 ko payment process me dikha diya gaya. mere dwara lagataar 29.06.2022 se email, twitter or application par is samband me complaint darj ki gayi. My Ticket No. 4701825 aapne email par land lord ka statement manga, mene land lord ke phone pe se link sbi account ka statement bhi send kiya. phir Cred ne mujse 05.07.2022 ko mail kiya payment landlord ke punjab national bank me jama hua hai. maine landlord ke pnb account bhi mangaya unka pnb khata bhi nil hai. Isme koi amount jama nahi hua. me done bank ke statement mail ke sath attach kar mail kiya. aap check kar lijiye. mene credit card se rent ke liye loan liya tha. wo amount mere land lord ke khaate me to nahi aaya, par mere credit card me bill me aa gaya. bill ki copy bhi send kar raha hu. use bhi check kar lijiye. what can i do me mentally bahut paresaan ho raha hu. Please check this matter.

                          Have made a credit card payment of Rs 24552.05 via cred app and the amount was deducted from my bank account and recieved message in CRED app payment failed.

                          The amount neither returned to bank account nor deposited to credit card account.

                          This was happened on 30th of june 22 and today is 8th July 22, its been almost 9 days since the payment made still not received the money back & getting calls from credit card to make the payment.

                          Sending mails on daily for CRED support, not received any response so far.

                            Paid credit card bill using the cred app, but the transaction failed. The amount got deducted from my bank account and it has not been refunded till now. Today is the 8th working day since the failure of the transaction. Also raised a support ticket 4736412 on their app but they haven't responded after that. I want a full refund of the amount (Rs 28476) along with the late payment penalty payable to the affected customer as per RBI circular RBI/2019-20/67 DPSS.CO.PD No.629/02.01.014/2019-20, which states that any delay beyond T + 1 days in case of failed UPI transactions attracts a penalty of ₹100/- per day if delay is beyond T + 1 day payable to the affected customer.
