Respected Sir,

On 21st of June i transfer 45000 towards my college fees From SBI credit Card. But till the date amount is not credited to my account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Already 5 days are completed. Also i raised complaint about same. Ticket Id 4578671. How many days till requires..? No one contacted me from last 5 days.. Thanking you..

    I ordered product from cred app store and paid money beforehand. I am seeing order status "delivered" in cred app as well as their courier partner Shiprocket but I have not received the product yet. courier company called me but no one available outside my house and when i again called no one response and after sometime it's showing deliverd on app.

    When I saw delivered status I immediately contacted cred and they replied "We regret to inform you that there has been an unforeseen delay that has happened in delivering the shipment. In order to make this right for you, we are escalating this to our concerned team to have this checked. We would request you to allow us 72 hours to get back with an update on this.

    Also I asked them on various support channel "how it is possible to deliver package without OTP verification?" but I am not getting any response.

    So now I just need the resolution, either they can send me product or refund my money

      Hello sir my name is sumit and i was referred cred to my friends and my 2 friends registered and pay our credit card through cred but cred didn’t give me referral money and when i contact to cred they told me your referral program was blocked and you are not received any referral benefits but why my referral blocked and i was referred my friend before blocked my referral program so i want my money if i have not received my money i am going to take a legal action against cred

        Product not delivered but its showing delivered in cred and courier tracking

        Hello,

        I ordered product from cred app store and paid money beforehand. Order was placed on, 16 June 2022. Now after few days on 22 June 2022, I am seeing order status "delivered" in cred app as well as their courier partner xpressbees but I have not received the product yet. nobody from courier company called me nor my family or neighbors received the package.

        I have make rent payment of Rs 12000 and Rs 15000 .total 27000 still not yet credited to landlord account ..i am waiting more than 3 days but still refund not came ..please clear and refund the amount

          Credit card bill amount deducted twice

          Hi,
          My name is Gurtaj.
          I did Credit card bill payment on 9th June for amount 1, 49, 741 INR via cred app.
          The transaction showed failed for first time but succeeded second time.
          Amount was deducted 2 times from my account and its been 10 days, its not refunded.

            I used the Cred app to recharge my jio number on 11th June 2022 with a 499 plan of 2GB/day for 28 days. But my recharge was done for another pack. I contacted the3 jio customer service and told them the issue, I was refused a refund or change of plan saying Jio was not responsible for the mistake as it was done by a third-party app. Then I contacted the Cred customer service through their app but i got unsatisfactory computer-generated responses. Cred app does not have a customer service number and it is very difficult to get my issue resolved

              I have two ICICI credit cards one is ending with 5007 Coral card other one is Amazon pay card ending with X-6004, I added both in CRAD..I spent on coral card ending with 5007.. CRED was shown the due amount in Amazon pay card X-6004 instead of coral card, This misleads me to pay bill against wrong card. both are the ICICI cards & I thought i might used the amazon pay card and paid the shown amount. I came to know the actual truth when ICICI Charged the late fee amount due to not paying the actual card.

              I tried mail communication CRED but no response

              I will attach my two months credit card bills and mail attachment screenshots in ADD Photo/Video category please refer

                In the mail they said they will give late fee charges but after that they are not responding Showing amount due in one card instead of other card is very very big mistake please take necessary actions on CRED. They communicate with below mailid. [email protected]

                      The card payment was made on 7th May 2022 against RBL credit card ending with XXX51 with amount 99000 INR & 3040.44 INR via cred app. Now I get a statement from RBL bank that the amount has never been credited to my RBL bank credit card account. I had raised this request multiple times in the CRED support platform to help me but every time you guys have closed my request by saying the query is addressed.

                        Hello Team,

                        I made a payment of Rs 8450.15 to below mentioned card using CRED.

                        Card Number - [protected]

                        The amount debited in CRED app reflects as Rs 8450.15. However, when I checked on savings account, amount of Rs 11449.15 has been debited.

                        The receipt from CRED also reflects as Rs 11449.15. However the payment history reflects only Rs 8450.15.

                        I checked with both Saving account bank and credit card bank and they have confirmed that they have received a payment of Rs 8450.15 and requested me to check with CRED Team.

                        The receipt which I received from CRED reflects Rs 11449.15, the amount which got debited from my saving account.

                        Requesting you to kindly check and let me know the issue.

                          I am Dr.sudhakar Kasinathan I have paid my rent to my landlord from my credit card on 4/05/2022 the amount got deducted from my credit card. Of amount Rs 36418 but it showed failed transaction and my landlord didn’t receive the rent and again I tried on 6/05/2022 and the money of amount Rs 36418 was again debited from my credit card now my landlord account was credited. So twice my credit card money has been deducted. Inspite of repeated failed attempts to reach the CRED portal for a solution I have come here for my grievance redressal kindly do the needful

                            On 28th May 2022, I made my credit card payment of Rs 15247/- through the CRED app, and on 1st June 2022, I was informed that the payment is failed and the amount will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days. The payment is still not credited into my account to date, I also raised complaints about the same at the support option available in the app. Moreover, they are not bothered about the mental harassment faced by the customers. I request, please refund the amount immediately to avoid any legal action.

                              Amount automatically deducted from my saving account

                              I have used the cred app to make my SBI credit card payment.

                              I made 1 transaction of rs. 512/- on 10th July 2022 from my IOB saving account for a credit card. But another amount is automatically deducted from rs. 1511.

                              I made transactions through the cred app

                              I am missing my rs. 1511/- could you please do a needful help.

                                I made a payment of my HDFC credit card through CRED app on 07th June 2022 evening, for Rs.163443 and amount got debited from my savings account but my cred app shows as "payment failed"

                                I contacted my savings account bank but they say that the amount has already been debited from my account and they have asked me to contact you.

                                My credit card payment is due and if I don't pay this amount immediately, I will be charged penalty and interest on such a huge amount.

                                I want my amount to be refunded to me immediately.
