On 28th May 2022, I made my credit card payment of Rs 15247/- through the CRED app, and on 1st June 2022, I was informed that the payment is failed and the amount will be credited to my bank account within 3 working days. The payment is still not credited into my account to date, I also raised complaints about the same at the support option available in the app. Moreover, they are not bothered about the mental harassment faced by the customers. I request, please refund the amount immediately to avoid any legal action.
